Gaming Session: London Calling, February 10, 2011

This week, we’ll be playing through the album London Calling by The Clash on Rock Band 3.  Make sure you grab both the (allegedly) full album download and Train in Vain (the last track), since the latter is missing from the former for some reason.

We’ll meet at our usual time and place of Thursday, 9:30 EST / 6:30 PST on Xbox Live; send a friends request to “malvasia bianca” if you haven’t done so already.

    Anybody want to call dibs on instruments, so I know which controller to grab on Thursday? I’d prefer to avoid vocals if possible…

    I’ll take guitar, unless someone else who really doesn’t like vocals needs it. I can do vocals if necessary, but I’d rather leave them to the Clash.

    I was planning to go with bass as usual, but if necessary I could probably do guitar or vocal parts.

    As a reminder, the closing song “Train in Vain” needs to be picked up as a separate download to complete the album.
