This week’s gaming session involves a new game for us, Frozen Synapse. It’s a simultaneous turn-based tactical shooter game; playing it over the last week, in some sense it reminds me of a super-evolved Ace of Aces. (And, in other ways, the two games are completely different, that might be interesting to talk about.)

It’s available on PC, Mac, and tablets, with cross-platform play; we’ll get together on Mumble and chat about it while pairing off to play games. (I think it’s only two-on-two, though I haven’t actually tried out the multiplayer yet.) Which will take place this Thursday at 9:30pm EST / 6:30pm PST.
